You don’t have to use them. You can simply remove or disable those fields from your mapping.

That depends. If you are mapping fields that can connect out-of-box, then no. If we must build a personalized map for complex customizations, that can tack on costs. If you know you need something like that, we recommend setting up a consultation meeting first so we can provide the most accurate quote. If you are comfortable with using our platform, you can make the changes yourself and not incur any additional charges.

Connect Creatio uses a combination of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and our own encryption to keep your data protected at all times. We do not store any of your data at rest. When an integration is processing, data is streamed from one system to another and is never saved.

If you would like an outside party to help you, we can match you up with one of our developers or a nearby partner. Services from either Connect Creatio or the partner will add an additional fee.

The Connect Creatio Team edition has one major difference: there is no development environment, so all development needs to be performed by Connect Creatio for any maps. Team edition also limits you to one integration.
